The reports are very easy to read and follow. In fact, I can tell just glancing at the report where the shifts, trends and problem areas may be. This allows me to go forward in a specific direction when reviewing, investigating, and taking corrective action to resolve a particular problem.
 
What do you like or dislike about it compared with the offline version?
One of the biggest advantages to the online version is that I can access it from literally anywhere in the world. Recently, I was traveling outside the U.S. and was able to log on to WDC Online and look at the submitted data. This allowed me to keep track of my individual analyzer performance, monitor any potential problems that might be developing in my absence, troubleshoot, and call laboratory personnel for any corrective action that might need to be taken.
 
How did you make the transition to the online version?
The transition to WDC Online went very smoothly and without any problems. Radiometer kept me fully updated and informed. I was sent an easy-to-follow information manual that covered the use and submission of data, and the retrieval of reports using the online program. Questions relating to the WDC Online program are easily addressed or answered using the internet, e-mail, or by calling the WDC program coordinators at Radiometer America.
 
Would you recommend WDC Online to other colleagues? If so, why?
I would highly recommend WDC Online to anyone responsible for analyzer QA. Across the board, Radiometer's services are superior. This includes instrument service, customer service, and services such as WDC Online. Thanks to Radiometer, my instruments are never down and our laboratory runs smoothly and efficiently year round.
