By purchasing the contract within 90 days of your sensor purchase, you secure full coverage of your sensor for a total of 36 months.
Full detailing of your sensor
The service contract covers:
- Phone/hotline assistance provided 24/7. Telephone response time is within one business hour from the initial customer call.
- If an issue related to your sensor cannot be resolved over the phone, your contract covers shipment expenses to Radiometer and a full detailing of the sensor. Upon two business days of receipt, Radiometer overnights your sensor back to you, fully detailed and in functioning order.
- If the issue is not solved with a full detailing of the sensor, a new replacement sensor is sent to you at no additional charge.
Any sensor replaced during this term is subject to the original terms of this contract.
