Introducing Radiometer's Transcutaneous Sensor Service Contract

With Radiometer’s Transcutaneous Sensor Service Contract, you ensure uninterrupted support during the lifetime of your transcutaneous sensor. The contract covers you for an additional period of 24 months after the expiration of your 12-month warranty.

By purchasing the contract within 90 days of your sensor purchase, you secure full coverage of your sensor for a total of 36 months.

Full detailing of your sensor

The service contract covers:

  • Phone/hotline assistance provided 24/7. Telephone response time is within one business hour from the initial customer call.
  • If an issue related to your sensor cannot be resolved over the phone, your contract covers shipment expenses to Radiometer and a full detailing of the sensor. Upon two business days of receipt, Radiometer overnights your sensor back to you, fully detailed and in functioning order.
  • If the issue is not solved with a full detailing of the sensor, a new replacement sensor is sent to you at no additional charge.

 

Any sensor replaced during this term is subject to the original terms of this contract.
